Hellooooo everybody! :o) How are you all this morning? I hope you are all in the best of spirits. Me? I am TIRED... *yawn*

I went to bed a little after midnight. Why? I was watching television until about 11pm and on the phone. I was also reading a few chapters from the current book Im, well,... reading now - "A Certain Justice" - P.D. James.

Did you all watch Read World/Road Rules - The Gauntlet last night? Wowser... they're staying in a NOICE place! Anyway, my favourites for this season are Coral, Mike, Irulan, Alton, Theo and Elka from the Real World and Rachel, Veronica, Adam and errr... Im not too sure who else from the Road Rules.

Anyway... NINE MORE DAYS till Miami Carnival baby! Whoo hoo! I cannot wait people!

So yesterday the TWINS (Andrene and Andrenette) came by to SUPPOSEDLY study by me. LOL They came over at around 12:30 or so...

Of course, NO work got done. We sat on my bed chatting and craving KFC. So... eventually... we SCRAPED some money together (not a lie... literally SCRAPED) and went to KFC in New Kingston. LOL We picked up Theresa and well... Mary (my sis) came along with us. LOL Anyway... we stayed there for a while and then came back home.

So after the TWINS left... I dozed off for a while. (They're really exhausting... LOL)

So, they called me at around 7 or so to ask me what I was doing later... and I said I don't know yet so they were to call me back when they figured out what they were doing.

To cut a long story short... Candice and the TWINS came to pick me up and we were SUPPOSEDLY going to Village Cafe BUT we ended up at some bottle party WAY WAY WAY WAY up in Red Hills. Trus mi, it did feel like one country flex. D-A-M-N!

Boy... we went to this bottle party and TRUST me... I have NEVER seen so many horny men in one place! JESUS CHRIST!!! It was like one big orgy, TRUST ME. I wont get into anymore details of last night... whatever happened in Red Hills... STAYS in goddamn Red Hills. *wink* LOL

Well... I got home at about 3:45 this morning and of course, Im home now INSTEAD of being at Mass with the fam. because I couldnt wake up and Im waiting on a gardener to come from LANDSCAPE.COM (lol)

So, on that note... I will end this morning's post. (Leg, is my blog STILL boring? LOL) *sticks out tongue*

Well... I am alive and in one piece. I got home a little after 3am this morning. On the way home however, we passed by an accident... the car was crushed against this wall (a wall where PLENTY accidents happen - by Waterfalls to be exact) and I thought to myself... PLEASE GOD, let the person be fine.

When I got home, my mom was awake so Im like okay... why is she awake... only to find out that Matthew Samuda's father had called my house 10 minutes before to talk to my Dad about THE same accident... only to find out that it was my friend... STEPHEN MORRISON that crashed!!! (At first, I thought it was his brother Shaun because I never knew Stephen was back at home... )

Anyway... he has a broken leg and ankle... and other various bruises. He also goes into surgery tomorrow.

PLEASE keep him in your prayers... this is like his millionth car accident. Sigh

Stephen... you are in my prayers. *muah*

Good Morning All! Today is truly a special day because it's Tamika's and Auntie Carol's birthday! Tamika is Aqila's (my cousin) best friend, but I consider her to be family. Anyway, I called her this morning (in Trinidad) to surprise her and boy was she shocked. LOL I like doing those things... I LOVE to surprise people. Heh heh heh
Auntie Carol is my other mother... she's actually one of my role models. Love her to death.
So... HAPPY BIRTHDAY GUYS! I LOVE YOU BOTH... *muah*

Anyway, so yesterday, Uncle Clive, Brandon, Kimberly, Jhanine and I went out to Hellshire yesterday to eat fish and festival. It was DELICIOUS... especially the festival. For those who have yet to come to Jamaica... you NEED to be making plans to go to Hellshire if you're a fan of fried/steamed fish. :o) It's like going to Maracas for Richard's bake and shark. :o) Anyway, after that we went back to Kimmy's to chill for a few and then we went back to my house so that Jhan could pick up her stuff and relocate to Kimmy's. As I type, Jhan should be on the runway of Norman Manley Int'l Airport about to takeoff to return to Houston, Texas. Have a safe flight hunny! :o)

Uhmm... hmm... that's about it. Im waiting anxiously for October to come as soon as possible. I leave for Fort Lauderdale on Friday, October 10.

Oh! Before I forget, I spoke with Ms. Nikisha Gooden yesteday evening and all is well with herself, Neesha (her newborn daughter) and Mr. Stephen Davis (the father). I am so glad he came through for Nikisha. TO be honest, I never thought he would but he did. Im going to have to apologize for treating him like shit while he was here... but hey, I was looking out for my girl.

GOOD MORNING WORLD! :o) Well... once again, I am at home instead of being at Mass with my family. *Sigh* This is how I know Im getting old... long ago, I used to be able to go out, come home at like 3/4 in the morning and get up in time for 7AM Mass without looking like shit! But now, it's like... "Mom leave me alone... " LOL

Anyway, Kimberly's 21st dinner was great! She was SO surprised and overwhelmed when she saw the surprise of the night... Jhanine Aliya Dunstan. Kimberly's best friend since 1983. The person I've been speaking about since Thursday or Friday and the person who I referred to as my 'date' for last night. :o) Anyway, another surprise for the night was from both Jhanine and myself... we came up with a "21 Memories of KIM" speech and man, did we let her have it. LOL We started off from the times we met. For Jhan, it was 1983 and for me, it was the first day of first form at Immaculate Conception High School. We both discovered our last name was Chambers. Then we found out BOTH our fathers are named Clive. And then, Kimmy's full name is Kimberly Ann Chambers and mine is Carole-Anne Chambers. LOL Cool huh? Then our fathers have mutual friends and all that. This world is TOO small... seriously. All in all, it was a great night of bonding and reminiscing. And to top the weekend off... we are all going to Hellshire this afternoon. It promises to be a great day. :o)

I think that's about it for now... oh, I should also mention that yesterday was also Annette and Auntie Beverly's birthday. So, HAPPY BELATED to them both. :o)

Her track coach was Juliet Cuthbert (who I saw @ Wendy's today) and her waterpolo coach is Sean-Paul's father. Sean-Paul trains with them whenever he's in Jamaica. I think that is so cool (don't tell Mary that eh?). LOL

Grrr... this is so frustrating! As I type, I am STILL waiting for the damn "edit your blog" page to load! Aaaargh! Frigging dial up! I was just telling Kiola that at work it's DSL and I have Windows 95 and at home it's dial-up and I have Windows XP... I just CANNOT win!

Anyway, so I no longer can access dad's pc through MY username because once again, he has changed my password... so, in order to use it tonight, I had to BEG my mother for her password. Steups. Have you ever seen anything so ridiculous? *Sigh* The things I put up with... all because I am missing 2 essential items. Money and a driver's license.

Anyway, I have a little more steam to let off... but I have other ways of doing so. Im gonna get my pen and continue writing what I started. Sometimes, I feel so unappreciated... I dont know what else to do to feel more appreciated. Ah well, ah suh life guh sometime yah.

NEW THOUGHT: Contemplating returning to Trinidad for a few months before I TRY to go to Florida. Why? So I can get the best of both worlds. I've had enough of my job and enough of Jamaica.

NOTE TO ALL MY TRINI VIEWERS: Im really serious about going back to Trinidad to work for a few months... but if I dont start sending around my resume then I won't have a chance right? Those of you that hear of anything temp for 8 months or so... in the line of marketing/advertising/sales/public relations... PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE holla @ me ok? I'd REALLY appreciate it. Really. All I need is a job.

Morning guys... how are y'all doing today? Wondering why I didn't say GOOD morning? Because the morning isn't good. In fact, it sucks. Im at work now unfortunately... Id rather be near a body of water, lying under a tree or some shaded area with a Sidney Sheldon book and a big ass jug or bottle of apple juice. Id not want to be alone though. Probably with Spunky.

Okay... we left off from Friday morning... wow... it's been a while. Ok... let me begin...

FRIDAY EVENING/NIGHT
Ok, so Anika met me at work at about 5:30. Mom picked us up and then we went over to lame ass Pegasus (where Anika was staying) and we dropped her off for her to change and stuff. Anyway, she got her stuff and we were on our way.

We got to my house and we limed for a bit and then Malcolm came for us at around 8:30pm to take us up to his house. When we got there (Malcolm, myself, Anika and Phillipa), Anthony and Karen were already up there. So, we sat down and Malcolm offered us drinks... and then we went outside to lime. (By the way, Malcs lives up in the mountains... in a beautiful valley sorta... u know what, dont ask lol)
So then we began a lovely game of dominoes... while we played, the smokers smoked and we drank merrily. (I will ashamedly admit that I was one of the smokers... :o( yes, bad me... ) Anyway, I cant be bothered to go into the nitty gritty details of the night that I actually remember... so I'll get to the point. Anika left early cause she was tired and she had to fly out on Saturday... by the time she left, I was so gone that I passed out on Malcs bed. Next time I opened my eyes Kat was over me and then I walked to the car, got in, drove home and then went STRAIGHT to bed.

SATURDAY
Woke up sick. Duh! I had THE worst hangover ever... (I had several glasses of white AND red wine)
Spoke to my girl Lesley and Renz for most of the day.
Did not leave my house until 8:30pm to go to the pharmacy so I could get apple juice, a birthday card and 2 digicel phonecards.
The twins, Billy, Kameelah and Akilah came over for about 20 minutes. That was the highlight of my night.

TODAY
I didn't go to 9am mass because I wanted to stay home and go online so I could talk to some people. Got messenger plus today thanks to Traci! It's so cool! :o) Uhmm... what else... found out some interesting things today. One of them is that Anika and Hayden have set a month and year for their wedding. :o) June 2004
Anyway, Im gonna go now... have to eat and get ready for mass... Yeah, Im going to 6pm mass. Y'all didn't think I wasn't gonna go now did y'all? If you did... SHAME on you all! LOL

Hi Everyone!! :o) I know I didn't write much yesterday... it's because I was kinda caught up with Triniscene and talking with some people... and yeah, my WORK. lol

Anyway, last night... myself, my leg, Lisa and Anika made a girls lime and went to Village. Man! We had a B-L-A-S-T!!! I got home at 2:30am this morning... (luckily Dad didn't cuss mi raas this morning lol) and I felt so dirty and sweaty (from all the dancing lol) so I took a shower and went to bed at 3am. Fortunately, my Dad was in a good mood so I got to sleep until 6:15! (lucky me eh?)

Anyway... yesterday, I got the best email ever... I won't go into any details or anything like that. Let's just say that I will keep it for a LONG time. Thanks chica! *wink*

Renz? I hope you asked the 'rents for tonight eh??? If you didn't I am gonna deal wid yuh case... cuh ah lang time mi ah ask yuh fi dweet.

Yesterday, after work, I went to lime with Anika @ Pegasus. Unfortunately, she was not feeling well so we did not lime for long. I think it's the Burger King she had from May Pen. Her first taste of BK in JA and she got it from MAY PEN... *shakes head*

Oh guess what... my leg is at home, SLEEPING, as I type this... (lucky dog!)... she has today O-F-F! But, she has to work on Saturday. (hard luck there Kat heh)

Anyway, it's 8:35am and Sancia & Ronaine have not returned from breakfast yet... hmm... I have some investigating to do. Heh heh heh... lol

Guess what guys... my stomach's been acting up AGAIN. *rolls eyes* So once again, I am at home. Dying of boredom and not getting paid... which means... it's going to be SO much harder to save for my ticket to go to Fort Lauderdale. I really hate this. And, I am going to TRY and not complain about my current work situation. I mean, I am lucky... a few people I know have are STILL awaiting calls from various companies... and I also have to think about the endless single mothers who are stuck at home with no income with 2/3 kids all because they are under qualified or TOO qualified. Boy... life in JA... kinda sticky if you're not rich.

I really do hate my workplace. They frigging piss me off. What's the point of fighting for a NON PERMANENT position? I am so going to start sending out resumes. I am tired of this shit.

Ok... let me be real quick since Kalima's on her way over... my weekend was great! Yesterday, we picked up Lisa and went to Manor Park. We went shopping in Lee's for work stuff and then rented 2 DVD's: The Ring and Daredevil. Then we went to the supermarket to buy stuff for dinner. We got home at around 7:30 or so and proceeded to watch Daredevil... then our stomach's got the best of us... so we started preparing dinner. We had filet, salad and hash browns... YUM! :o)
After Daredevil, Cuffe, Nicky, Chela, Sean and Brick came by and we had chips and drinks and we sat down and watched The Ring... with all the lights off. Scary shit. Anyway, to get our minds off the Ring... we watched Daredevil... again. This time Malcolm had joined us. Anyway... everyone left at around 3:30 or so... then Kat, Lise and I cleaned up. At aroun minutes to four... Phillip and Andrew drove up. Let's just say I went to bed at 5am this morning...

Oh My Goodness peeps... firstly, GREETINGS from my leg's computer. :o) Wow... where do I start? Okay... I'll begin from where I left off yesterday... Here goes...

FRIDAY
Ok... so at about 12:15 or so we heard that Fi'ty and G UNIT were on their way to the hotel... so of course, everyone got excited... but, myself, Kat and Jonelle were RAVENOUS so we said ok, we'd go eat lunch. We ate lunch, then I stopped by Accounts to pick up my cheque and when we got back to the top... he still hadn't arrived. I didn't bother to wait so I went on the road to cash my cheque and to get a birthday gift for Ronaine. I was on the road for about an hour but I got through with everything. By the time I got back to the hotel... Fi'ty was JUST entering the elevator to go up to his room. *Sigh* The man is SUPER cute! So... I rushed by the Front Desk to see everyone else... and I saw the rest of the G UNIT clan and that fella with his spinny blingy thing... lol OOooh... the BEST part is that my LEG got to check them in! (Lucky dog!) :o)
Anyway, enough of that... so Kathryn had to purchase her ticket... and she got $100 off. (Hilton discount... plenty off eh? lol)
So, we left work after 7 (we stayed late for Ronaine's surprise party) and got to Kat's. (By the way, Im @ Kat's for the weekend). Then we got Phillip to come for us (Kat didnt have to drive), drop us off at the concert AND pick us back up. (Yo... my leg rocks okay? heh heh heh)
Okay... the concert. It was OFF THE HOOK! We got there just when Vybez Kartel was finishing up. He was good. Wayne Marshall was next... he was good. ELEPHANT MAN WAS NEXT... HE WAS FREAKING BRILLIANT!!! Yow... 'im dun di place! He came on dressed as a pirate and his dancers dressed as mates. Kiva was on the stage... John Hype... yow... 'im 'ead nuh good! All I can say was that if Fi'ty hadn't come... Ele would have made my night. Wow. Then Bounti came on after... compared to Elephant Man... he was B-O-R-I-N-G. He talks to much...
Then... HALF AN HOUR later... (yes, 1/2 a frigging hour)... Fi'ty and G UNIT came on the stage... wow... I don't know why I thought the man couldnt perform live... he was EXCELLENT! Can you say energy???
Anyway... the concert ended after that of course... and so we left.

*Phew* That was a lot of typing... so anyway, we got home, limed a little and then went to bed. And now, here I am... telling you all about it. (I just woke up lol)

So... I got my VIP ticket to see FI'TY CENT tonight @ the Constant Spring Golf Club! Whoo hoo!! Im only sorry that I was not able to get one for my leg. :o( Im still going to try though...

So... guess what happened to me today? My crush of SEVERAL years decides to give me a buzz on my cellular. Now... when the phone rang... I was not going to answer it but I looked at it and recognized the number. I was very much in shock because I had not seen that number come up on my caller i.d. in AGES. Anyway, I answer the phone and of course, it's my boy... *sigh* We "ole talked" and stuff and then he asked me if he could come by... *gasp* so of course, I said sure... come on over. He came by and MAN was he looking HOT! Renz... if you saw him... *gasp* he was looking SO yummy *licks lips* *blush*
Anyway, he came inside and we went into my room. Then all of a sudden... I started laughing. LOL Y'all wanna know what was the funniest part of all this????

Good morning people. Well... unfortunately, I am NOT at work... my stomach decided to be bad this morning and so once again, I am at home... BORED as ever. *sigh* So that means... NO WORK = NO PAY. :o( *sniff sniff*

However, I do have some good news... the PSC party was EXCELLENT according to Jonny, Lisa and Mev. Congrats FENIX!!! Y'all did it again! *high five* What else... oh... my VERY good friend will be in Jamaica next week Monday AND she's staying @ Hilton! Oooh ooh! More good stuff... I now have TWO babies on the way! One is due this month and the next is due in late November... the one due in November is a boy and his name will be or is JADEN. Isn't that beautiful? Congrats to the 2 mamas! I will be seeing one when I go to Miami in October and the other I will see if I go to Trinidad for Christmas or Carnival.

Anyway... right now Im trying to download some games for the brats while Im online and before the medicine wears off.

Apparently, there's a new url and new everything. I've yet to get the url so I can check it out for myself. It's sad though... because that was the only place I could get to talk to my girl Leigh on a daily basis. *sigh*

Ok people... good morning! I've got news for you all. I just returned from the doctor, Mary and I actually, and the doctor diagnosed us with mild gastroenteritis. Great. *rolls eyes* Anyway, since we have NO health insurance... we had to pay almost $3000 to fill our prescription. Anyway, hopefully I'll feel well enough to go to work tomorrow. No work = no pay.

Uhmm... do I have anything else to say? Err... oh yeah, Triniscene is still down. What the hell? Im suffering from withdrawal. LOL.

Anyway, that's about it. Later!

So... I left work @ 3pm today. Kathryn took me home. Why? Because my stomach pains got increasingly worse. The Nurse at work thinks it MAY be gastro. :o( That is SO not cool. Anyway, I've taken Maalox, Beralgin and Kathryn was cool enough to give me Zantax and Buscapan... which I have not taken as yet. Well... when I got home... I went straight to bed and I got up at about 6:45pm... and guess what? My stomach STILL hurts. Steups. This is how I know this is NO normal upset stomach.

Anyway, my mood is MUCH better though. Why? Because Im talking to some loved ones. :o)

Oh... I should let everyone know from NOW... the internet bill is like $5000 which I... that's right... I, Carole-Anne P. Chambers, will be dying tonight... not from my stomach... but by the hands of my DAD. Even though I was HARDLY home for the month of August... Im STILL going to get blamed. Im gonna psych up myself from now.

Well... I have good news and bad news. The good news is that I FINALLY spoke with my boss about my current situation at work and I expressed to him that I would LOVE to remain at Hilton until next year July and he's like no problem, he'd work on it. *grin*

YAY!

The bad news is that I forgot to mention the fact that my desk is ALWAYS being used by the Sales Dept. whenEVER they get a trainee person. They immediately take over and I either end up with no desk or I end up in the mosquito infested executive meeting room. I am SO fed up! Grrr! That sales team... grr... they frigging piss me off.

Steups.

Anyway, Im gone back to work. Update you all later.

So... Im now at work... and my stomach is KILLING me... :o( I don't even have the energy to type as much as I would like. If I get any worse I am going to go home. Triniscene is still down. :o(
