Hmm... it's amazing how really religious people are the ones that have the most hatred inside.
It's amazing how you can pick up the hatred in someone's voice.

I really didn't expect that but I guess that saying is true... "expect the unexpected".

Anyway, work was cool today. Kat and I gave out our cards and candy and everyone that received was touched. :o)

Well... got back from Niki's grandmother's house. They had a little POST Baptism lime for Neesha and her cousin (who was also baptized today). It was cool. But I was sniffling and coughing the ENTIRE time. How lame is that?

Anyway... I saw persons I hadn't seen in a while like Colleen and Stephanie Pearson. It was good seeing them again.

Anyway, I am STILL sniffling and etc. I hope Dad doesn't forget my panadol multisymptom (sp?) on the way back from delivering Mom's Christmas cakes.

Well... I am still a bit under the weather but Im feeling a LITTLE better. Just a LITTLE.
Anyway, I went to LOTR: Return of the King last night, at Carib, with Lesley and Martin. It was the pre-release.

*Sigh* That movie was excellent. A great climax to a great trilogy. I could watch that movie over and over again. I will DEFINITELY be buying the trilogy on DVD whenever that comes out. That'll be a collector's item some day.

I'll probably watch it again in Trinidad. *grin*

Oh yeah... how could I forget to mention. I'll be going to Trinidad on Christmas Day. *grin* Whoo hoo! I got my wish. :o)

Can't wait to see Qila, Zaks, Tamika, Nix, Fe, Leigh, Trace, the rest of my family, my friends and all the cool people I'm supposed to meet.

Anyway, Dad's on his way for us to go to Neesha's baptism so I'm off.

I am feeling SO under the weather this morning. My throat hurts and Im sneezing my head off. I think Lisa coughed on me last night... LOL.

Anyway... last night, Kathryn, Stephen, Lisa, Michela and I went to QUAD because Special Delivery was postponed. (damn rain *grrr*) Yeah... so it was ok. I had an okay time because I saw PLENTY people...

Uhmm... let's see if I can remember now... here goes: Sean, Jodi, Richard, Phillip, Issaco, Jan, Stephanie Hugh, Stephanie Chong, Danielle & Dominique Wilson, Davinia (haven't seen her in FIVE years), Shana, Lisa Russell, Krista, Stacey-Jan, Lorie, Marsha, Jodi, Shelly, Khrystina Carroll, Lezley Bernard, Kalima, Tanicia, Chris Lawe, Dawn Chuck, Kemar, Nicholas, Adam, Lianna, Ian, Andrew, Domonic, Georgina and my list could go on and on if I wanted... LOL

Anyway, it was a good lime.

Tonight is HOT SHOTS. I really don't wanna go. Especially now that Im feeling to stay indoors... Id much rather go to Lord of the Rings. *grin* I am so excited about that movie eh.

No... I am not waiting on Kathryn idly. I am actually waiting on that group... (Solid Agency) to pay their money!!! Steups. They gave me THE biggest headache EVER. Sigh. I am so frustrated that I don't want to go to the show anymore. Im dead serious. I'd much rather go and watch the pre-release of Lord of the Rings 3 -The Return of the King tomorrow night with some friends.

Anyway... Im supposedly going to High Society's Special Delivery tonight. In Norbrook Mountain. But it's raining... so I don't know.

Oooh... Neesha (Nikisha's daughter) will be baptized on Sunday... Im a godmother... sort of. LOL

So... today was a HECTIC ass day. I am STILL at work.

Some people on the other hand were frolicking at Maracas *grrr*. I am SO jealous eh? (Hi Nas, Trace, Camz and Jason *tee hee*)

Anyway... I am hoping to go home soon. I need rest.

Speaking of rest... would you believe my leg has the cold or is getting the flu? She better know she has to get better by TOMORROW night! Or else...
hmmph.

Anyway... I don't mind missing Hot Shots... Im dealing with their group and frankly speaking... they are getting me pissed off. Giving me a fucking run around. Chuh!

Well... lunch today was good. I had a vegetable sandwich and an Island Breeze. The sandwich was called 'The Smiler'. (don't ask me why) It was served on pumpernickel bread and it had mushrooms, goat cheese and some other expensive veggies. Monty ordered it for me. Oh, Monty is the father of the owner of Quad (Brian Chung). Yes y'all... lunch was his treat. *grin*

Anyway, Im about to follow Simone to buy a Digicel phonecard so I'm outie.

So... Im at work... and Im alive. *grin* Considering I got home at 2:30am this morning! LOL
Well... Kat and I had a good time at Quad last night. We went with Stephen (Kat's brother), Tara, Samantha and Amanda. We didn't have to pay (as I mentioned) AND I got free drinks! *grin*
Boy... I saw PLENTY people there... INCLUDING people my parents know... *roll eyes* That's what I get for going to an OLDIES night.
I saw Michela, Gina Hutchinson (I haven't seen her in YEARS!), Kemar (I danced with him), Nicholas Bromley (I danced with him too), Andrew, Ian, Ricardo, Boyd (from FAME FM), Nicolas, Nazene, Keisha, Lij, Trisha and the list goes on and on and on...
Anyway... as I've got tons of work to do I'll end now.

This weekend is HIGH SOCIETY's SPECIAL DELIVERY and Appleton's HOT SHOTS! With Pharrell! *grin* Hopefully I'll get my VIP ticket to attend the concert. We'll see...

Kat and I decided to go check out Christopher's Cafe (the new restaurant that's in Quad) after we ate at Wendy's. Mainly because I wanted to see if we could get passes for later. So... we went in... befriended the waitresses AND the owner's father. *grin*

FREE entry tonight and lunch with the owner's dad tomorrow!!

So... this evening was the Hilton's Annual Christmas Team Celebration. It began at around 6pm and is still going on as I type. At 6pm they had the awards ceremony for outstanding Team Members for 2003. Then afterwards, they had the fashion show.

So, I modelled this evening. In Sportswear (clothing: Cooyah) and African (clothing: Shades of Africa). I was surprisingly well received. LOL. Thank God for Kat, Sance, Suzanne, Simone, Ronz and the few others who cheered me on. LOL.

Anyway... we had some HOT artistes at our bashment. Daville was there. (He's hot and new on the scene. He could sing. *grin*) Mr. Duttily Muckily himself. (Kid Kurupt) Mr. Chu Chu Whoo Oooh Oooh as well. (Wayne Marshall) Last, but not least... Rumblood from Ward 21. They were MUY EXCELLENTE! Man! Kat and I danced our asses off. LOL
Oh yeah, RE TV came to film when Kurupt, Wayne and Rumblood were performing. So yeah... Kat and I will be on RE the REAL TV (lol) sometime soon.

Right now my house is VERY busy. Mom's baking CHRISTMAS CAKES!! YAY!! *grin* Mary's in the kitchen with mom. But she ain't helping. She's dancing. LOL (Sean-Paul and Sasha are on the radio... lol) And Stephen (my 4 year old bro) is watching Disney.

Weird huh?

So Jonelle and I just came back from seeing Honey. (Im at work in the Cyber Centre)
That movie was HOT! Jessica Alba is on fire in that movie. She's got some mad ass moves man... wow... I wish I could dance like her. Maybe I could if I weren't so fat... hmm... I need to start some kind of physical activity on a routinely basis.




(and for those with their minds in the gutter... it ain't sex Im talking about... lol)

Anyway... Im modelling tomorrow at work... for our team celebration. Im modelling Cooyah wear (remember the red vest I was raving about last month? CFW? the one I got signed by AJ? yeah... that one) and apparel from Africana House. My outfit costs $11,000. *grin*

Anyway... Im exhausted and Im also waiting on Mom. Damn. Gotta get that license.

So yesterday evening I went to Emacipation Park to be a part of New Kingston Civic Association's Christmas Concert Series opening ceremony. It was cool.
My Alma Mater's Orchestra and Glee Club performed and were excellent. (My Alma Mater for those who don't know is Immaculate Conception High School... *grin*) Err... this saxophonist performed, the Straughn sisters and the Cari-folk singers. Fae Ellington was the mc. It was a nice evening.
Apparently I left to early though... Digicel gave away free phones!! I am hoping they were the cheap ones... like Siemens or something.
Anyway... I am still waiting to find out about Trinidad.
Keep your fingers crossed please... please... please.

Well... I am just coming home after a lovely service at Sts. Peter & Paul. :o) It was nice. And the breeze blowing through the church made it all the nicer. I saw Michela after not seeing her for many weeks... that was good. :o)

Yeah... so... anyway... Lesley came over and we watched LOTR I & II. Twas good! (Well, I've seen the "Fellowship of the Ring" like 50 million times...) Especially "The Two Towers"... wow... lemme tell ya... all I dreamt about between 2:45am and 7:30am this morning was about LOTR. J.R. Tolkien... you are an EVERBESS writer!

Anyhoo... today is Nerissa's Birthday... so... HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUN!!! I know you'll have a great day since you're by Nix and Fe... wish I was there too.

To Traci: Have a safe flight my darling... hopefully I will see you in a week and a few days... if the ticket comes through. Hope you don't have to wait in a long ass line at the airport.

Hello Party People! Im in the HIZZAY! Whoo hoo! *grin*

Well... yesterday was Simone's birthday as well... (Simone is an intern at Hilton) and so we went out last night to celebrate.

Danette (another intern) was supposed to come with us... but the chile fell asleep!!! Grrr! And it was her great idea eh. Anyway, she missed a fun night... :o)

Ok... Simone picked me up at 11pm and then we went to get phonecards and then back to her house. Then we went by her friend Leighton in Cherry Gardens. By that time we still didn't have a concrete plan. Her friend Leighton wanted to go to Quad though... but Simone and I weren't feeling the $600 and waiting in a long ass line. (Which is what people had to do and some didn't even get in)
Anyway, Leighton's girlfriend got upset with Simone for some whack reason. (and I do mean whack) And so... we left. This time, with Natalie (Simone's older sister) in tow.
We decided to go to Carlos' Cafe for some drinks before linking up with Leighton. We had a good enough time at Carlos' except for the man that was real staring at Simone...
Perv...
Anyway, her friends Damion, Nigel and Junior met us there and limed for a while. Then they left and went to Village. Simone was getting fed up with the man so we took our food to go, paid the bill and left.
By this time, we had decided that we'd lime with Damian and the rest of them at Village.
So... to Village we went...

... and had a blast. *grin*

Oh! Did I forget to mention the TWO tequila shots?

Yep... I did.

Remy (the manager @ Carlos' Cafe... now my new friend *tee hee*) gave us two BIG ASS tequila shots on the house cause it was Simone's birthday. *grin* I had to drink the two though cause Simone didn't want it again.

Twas fun.

So tonight... I have to babysit... *bleh* BUT Lesley's coming over to watch LOTR I and II with me... *grin*

I FINALLY get to spend some time with Lesley... our plans always getting squashed.

I was just thinking...

I need to go to Trinidad for Christmas. If I stay down here Im gonna spend WAY TOO much money. There's Juicey this Saturday, High Society next week Friday, the beach party next week Saturday, Hot Shots with Pharell next week Saturday, Blink on Christmas night... Jesus... and ALL of them are all inclusive I think...

Whereas in Trinidad... fetin not so DAMN expensive... all that I mentioned up there would come up to... about $10,000 Jamaican dollars which is about... $1,000TT... which I guess isn't too bad...

Whatever yes... don't forget I'll have to buy clothes if I stay down here whereas, if I go to Trinidad I'd have TONS of new outfits and accessories... LOL

Hmm... I better be getting that stinking ticket eh!

Today was a cool day...
Went to the hairdresser @ Pegasus. (Thanks to Renz who hooked me up... again) *grin*
Got my hair did and looking like a "stunness". :o)
Anyway, I had to meet Lisa and Kat @ the Plazas so I took a taxi from Pegasus to the plazas and met them in Xtras. (an accessories store - kinda like Claire's and Afterthought's in the States)
Well... Kat and Lisa did plenty shopping... I only bought 2 tops and a pair of earrings.
One of the tops is SUPER low cut... heh heh heh... I LOVE IT!!

Anyway, after the plazas we went to have lunch and then we dropped Lisa home. I went to Kat's and limed there for a bit. Then I went to mass with Kat and her mom... that was nice. :o) After that, I went back to Kat's and helped put up lights on her tree and a garland on her banister. Oh yeah... I had LUV-AH-LY dinner *grin* and dessert. *smacks lips* And we also wrote up some Christmas cards.

All in all, it was a great day. *grin*

BTW, still keep your fingers crossed for me... I still dont know if Im going to Trinidad yet...
