I'm HERE! LOL
So... I'm in JAMAICA! I fooled y'all. LOL
It's so great being back home. Seriously. The look on my mom's face was PRICELESS. I thought she was going to cry. My Dad was all like "I knew you were coming"... YEA RIGHT! LOL
When I called Ali, Kat, Dan, Les, Lorie, etc... they were like "How did you get here?" I took the banana boat. LOL. It was too funny. Odessa was all like "Whoi Cuz!" LOL
The best (apart from Moms) was Vanessa and Auntie Carol. LOL Vanessa JUMPED on me and kissed me all over my face... and Auntie Carol screamed and was like "You're here!" and kissed me all over and hugged me for like 10 minutes. LOL
I really felt missed. *blush*
Anyway, I went to Doug's tonight... to celebrate his being Jamaica's most eligible bachelor. It was cool... Kat picked me up. Hung out with Ali Coop (who was also glad to see me), Brian (my eediat godbro), Peter Abrikian (aka Brick), Raquel Swaby, Kalima *grin* and others... It was a nice lime.
Hmm... what else? Right now, I'm seriously missing being in Trinidad. I'm kinda staying awake in the hopes that Felicia actually calls me. I hope she does. That call would make my entire YEAR. Anyway, if not, hopefully she'll remember to videotape it.
I have to thank my best friend Rene for being such a great friend. I love her to death. She went through so much just to come get me at the airport. Renz! You're the best baby!
I'm missing my Miami peeps though... Natasja, Chevon, Maelle, Kay, MelChan, Trace, Tish, etc... I love you all! :o)
Oh! I forgot! My flight... heh... Spirit Airlines almost ruined my life! I got to the airport at 9:15 AM. My flight was SUPPOSED to leave at 12 noon. WRONG! When did I check in? At flicking 10:20AM. And when did the plane arrive??? At 11:45AM. What time did we board?!?!? AFTER 12 NOON! Our flight was delayed by 40 minutes. Sigh. Anyway, I met some cool people. 2 chicks. Uhmm... one was Rene Weir... her sister went to ICHS with me and the other chick... Jessica or something... she's mad spoilt and went to Holy Childhood. Anyway... got here safely and that's what matters. :o)
Hmm... anything else to report?
Nah...
Ciao! *smooches*
Surprises...
... I love to surprise people. Why is it that no one EVER surprises me? Well... except for Danette when she came to Miami and I didn't even end up seeing her. Heh.
I want a surprise dammit! A big one too!
My IDEAL surprise would be a ticket to go to Carnival 2007, along with a costume (already paid for) and comps for every fete! Sigh.
If only those kinds of dreams came true.
Anyway... I shall be creating some mischief this weekend. Heh heh heh. LOL
BTW, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DREENIE! I <3 you chick!
A Serious Update
I don't even know how to begin this... but, yes, I'm back at www.blogger.com. Livejournal is being a pain in the ass... maybe it's because I'm using Firefox. Who knows?
Anyway... it's been so long that I've written any form of journal entry that I really don't know what to say. Or maybe I just don't want to say really... too many details.
Basically, school is going well. Classes are cool. Work is cool. My friends are extremely cool. I'm also now officially a "Student Ambassador" so I get to be at Undergraduate Open Houses and to help out when high school counsellors come to look at the university, etc, etc. So that's one of the positives in my life right now.
Valentine's Day was okay. Got flowers, candy and chocolate and calls.
Err... what else? Single life is going okay as well... I miss the old life... to an extent, but, I guess you have to move on right? Right.
Uhmm... Mary's up here this weekend for water polo. Chevon took me to see her last night and it was cool to see her. We spent like 5 minutes hugging. I miss her so much. LOL.
Brian (my godbrother) is also up here. His girlfriend (Camille Curry) taught me how to play kalooki and the 3rd game I ever played, I KICKED THEIR ASSES! LOL. Now, I can finally play (I think) when I'm in JA. LOL.
Hmm... what else? Oh... I am SO missing Trinidad as y'all can imagine... it's Carnival time. *sniffle* During the course of the week, I spoke to Yanns, Charlene, Aqila, Auntie Gail and Auntie Rita. I've yet to call Gen, Granddad and the rest of my loves... I miss them all.
I think that's about it. Sorry I wasn't too detailed.
Oh, congrats to Douglas Harrisingh who won the bachelor's thing on CVM TV in Jamaica. I knew Teresa would have picked you. LOL. I would have kicked her ass if she didn't.
