Celebrity Life... in Miami baby! (College Style)

Good morning everyone and a HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY TO ALL BORN TRINIS AND WANNABE TRINIS!!

As I type... Nicole and Felicia's FREEDOM is most likely in full swing and so is the Island People party. *sigh* How I WISH I was in Trinidad right NOW. Anyhoo... let me tell you about my Friday night and entire day Saturday.
FRIDAY (cont'd)
Mary (my sis) and I met up with Kevin and Cory (Vanessa's cousins) to go see S.W.A.T. Two words to describe that movie: RAAS WIKKED!!! Mi seh di movie did tuff nuh raas! I will definitely see it again with my leg (i.e. Kathryn) *grin* Anyway, during the movie Kathryn called to see if I wanted to go by Stephen Grant's house to lime. Of course... I said YES. (Hey... it was a Friday night... no way in HELL Im staying home) So, Mary and I were dropped home and then I waited for Kat to pick me up. Then she called and suggested I spend the night... so I packed a bag and then we were on our way. Ok... gonna flashback a little... at the movies I saw these 2 chicas with these barbell piercings in their ears... it looked so good! I want to get one done. *blush* Y'all know Im a sucker for hot looking piercings. Anyhoo... got to Grant's house and saw the same girls! The regular posse was there... Sean, Phillip, Steph, etc. It was a nice lime... but us two working ladies were tired... so we left after 1. Got to Kathryn's... chatted a bit and then went to sleep.

SATURDAY
Ok... now yesterday... I was SUPPOSED to get to the hairdresser's for 8 so that I could get to my house at a decent hour to do my chores. Yeah right. I got up at 10:30 and Kat was still sleeping. lol I didn't have the heart to wake her so I read an Archie comic till about 11 and then I decided to go shower. When I was done all that it was about 11:30. Kat had awaken by that time and we went downstairs to the kitchen to get some food. Kathryn fixed me bacon and hash browns. *Yum!* It was quite delicious and while we ate we watched the MTV VMA's. I still can't get over that kiss... lol... poor Justin.
Anyway, we left Kat's at 12:45 or so and we were on our way. On the way to the hairdresser's we decided to follow an ambulance with it's sirens on. So you know who didn't have to wait in any line of traffic. LOL THAT was hilarious. LOL
*Im tired of typing now so Im just gonna summarize the rest of the day*

Got to the hairdresser. Relaxed, treated and cut my hair. (Dont be shocked guys... it's only by my neck lol) Got home. Ate dinner. Finished reading the book Kat lent me. Watched Ms. Jamaica World (congrats Jade and Traci Cowan! cant remember the other chick's name) Spoke to Renz and Kat. Kat came over to chill at about 11 and well she left about 20 minutes ago.

Yep... that was my Fri night and Saturday. Didn't go to Good Times like I wanted to. (damn rain... steups)

Oh, before I go, lemme shout out some peeps *tee hee* Traci W, Kiola, Racine, Leigh, Natasha, Tish, Rojelle, Syndy, Jenelle, Tracey Hart, Lesley, Nadz, Keshma, Candice, Simone, Ria, Rhea, Cookie, Stev, Samantha, Kisa, Koreen and all other TS chicas... I've got MAD love for y'all. *wink*
