Celebrity Life... in Miami baby! (College Style)

I am missing Trinidad so much...
I miss my friends there... they were always there for me... Trinis always loyal and they don't create one "set ah bachaanal" over small things.
I realize that I have very few loyal friends in my life down here... friends that are loyal and "doh make fuss".

Yes while I am a friendly person and enjoy being surrounded by many people, I need persons in my life to support me, to nurture me and just be there when I need them most.

Right now I am craving for my independence. For the chance to experience what I've always wanted to experience. At this point in time, I don't care where it happens... it could be at FIU, St. Thomas University, NYU, University of Toronto, UM, J&W, Univerisity of Houston, and the list goes on... I just want out. Oh yeah, I can't leave out my UWI-St. Augustine. :o)

I need new surroundings. I want to leave this job as well. As much as it does or doesn't show... I am SICK of it here.

Sigh.

Hard to believe my day started off on a great note huh?

This morning was amazing. The sky was the bluest ever... there were hardly any clouds, the sun was shining at its best ever... the birds were singing and the breeze... the breeze was nice and cool. Christmas has arrived. And in style.

:o) Just typing that made me feel a little better. I wish I could have gone outside for just a little to see the sunrise. I used to do that at my Grandfather's house... whenever I was alone.

Memories...

OKay... Im feeling much better now. Even what's his name is not in my head anymore. :o) I officially love my supervisor... :o)

Since Im feeling better now I'll say a little about my two very good friends who are about to "tie the knot".

Syndy and Barry... just want y'all to know I love you both very much (even though Barry LOVES to give me trouble and call me punkie... think I didn't see your MSN messages? LOL *evil grin*) and y'all better take me on the honeymoon. (No naughty thoughts PLEASE!) I'll take the room beside yours thank you very much. BORA BORA here I come!!! *grin* *muah*

Now that I think of it, three couples I know are tying the knot next year! I have one to attend in January! Gosh! I have to call Marcha...
