Wow... I have a lot to write about today. *grin*
Firstly, I'd like to say Happy 6 months to the most romantic couple ever... *wink* (Y'all know yourselves...) Keep it up hunnies! *muah*
Anyway... so Operation O.D.D. was a success! I can now reveal what it means. It was an "Ode to Danette" Dinner for my friend Danette who's returning to Nassau tomorrow. *weep* Nadja and I organized the dinner for her. It was so fun doing it! *grin* Anyway, we ate at Habibi Latino's in New Kingston and I got her a cake (made by my cousin Marsha which EVERYONE raved about *grin*) and then afterwards all of us went to Dreams at Devon House. We were joined by my friends Lesley (Free Spirit) and Tracey (2 Sweet).
So we got to Dreams... twas a good party. Unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy the free liquor because of my stomach. *pout* (that damn food from dinner)
***Before I continue... let me just list the names of all the people I limed with last night from dinner to Dreams... let's see, there was Danette, Nadja, Lexi, Gary, Warren, Kathryn, Tyrone, Stephen W, Stephen, Andrew, Paula, Heather and Joel. (from dinner) Then Tracey and Lesley... then at Devon House, Wayne Marshall, Chico, Courtney, Kimberly Chambers, Tanya, Leslie, Letty, Nikisha, Khan, Delano, Smokes, Jazzy T, Brian, Kevin, Phillip, Ian, David, Andrew B, Sara, Peter, and the list goes on...***
Back to the lime now... anyway, after Tracey captured all the men in the party's attention... we ended up leaving when the party was over and they were cleaning up. So we were liming with Delano and Jazzy T from Renaissance and they invited us to go to the Mound today. So we said we'd go and then we left. From Devon House we went to the Esso Tigermart in Liguanea to buy credit (my usual story) and so that Tracey could get food.
We ended up leaving there after 6am this morning. I didn't go to bed till 7 because I was telling my parents about the night. LOL
Which leads me to today...
Im just getting back home from the Mound at Sabina Park after watching an ok game between the West Indies and England. Twas cool... cause we didn't have to pay. If we had paid... I would have been upset. All I have to say is that the Mound isn't all that. Trini Posse in the Oval is WAAAAAAAAAAAAY better. And Im not being biased. *sticks out tongue* Met some pretty cool people today too (thanx to ms. hart lol).
I have to hook up with Danette later this evening... and then I may pass through the Quad later since with my band from the Mound I can get in for less. (which is always good *grin*)
Anyhoo... I think that's all for now... my feet hurt and my face is BURNING no ass. It was freaking hot out there!!! (But, seeing some hot English men made it all the worthwhile... lol... KIDDING!)
Ciao!
